Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus allowing a user to photograph using an electronic viewfinder (EVF) and comfortably check an image after the photographing.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: a photoelectric conversion element for converting an optical image of a subject into an electrical signal; image processing means for converting the electrical signal generated by the photoelectric conversion element into a still image signal; recording means for recording the still image of the subject generated from the image processing means; first display means for displaying an image; a viewfinder for a photographer to check the subject; eyepiece detection means for detecting an eyepiece state and a non-eyepiece state of the photographer with respect to the viewfinder; and a control means for displaying a list of still images taken at a time of watching through an eyepiece to the first display means when the non-eyepiece state of the photographer is detected by the eyepiece detecting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
