Abstract:
To solve the problem of deteriorating user's visibility for allowing a system side to forcedly attach a unique identification number as a file name in the conventional practice.SOLUTION: A setting screen for enabling a user to select a plurality of items used for a naming rule of a file name is displayed, and whether a selected item satisfies a prescribed condition in the setting screen is determined. When it is not determined that the selected item satisfies the prescribed condition in the setting screen, control is performed such that the user cannot select a button to complete the item selection in the setting screen, and when it is determined that the selected item satisfies the prescribed condition in the setting screen, control is performed such that the user can select the bottom to complete the item selection in the setting screen. A naming rule based on the selected item in the setting screen when the user selects a button in a controlled state such that the user can select the button is stored, and a file name of a file is automatically created according to the stored naming rule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
