Abstract:
To prevent an engine restart which is contrary to an intention of a driver by limiting the early engine restart at idling stop control and eliminate sense of incongruity given to the driver, and to suppress fuel consumption.SOLUTION: When an own vehicle (idling stop vehicle 1) is stopped following a stop of a preceding vehicle by an ACC by an idling stop ECU 11, a threshold of a change amount of the brake fluid pressure of a master cylinder after an operation start of the idling stop control being a determination reference when an engine restart condition is established is switched to a high value. When the change amount of the brake fluid pressure of the master cylinder after the operation start of the idling stop control does not exceed a step-on restart threshold after the switching, the threshold which is switched to the high value is restored to an original value by the idling stop ECU 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
