Abstract:
To provide a small size pressure sensor with high output sensitivity without increasing the length of transmission means.SOLUTION: The pressure sensor includes first transmission means 34a and second transmission means 34b connecting a first membrane 32 and a second membrane 33 in parallel to each other. With this, the first transmission means 34a and the second transmission means 34b can be set to different potentials. As a result, a bridge circuit is configured by first detection means 37, second detection means 39, third detection means 40, and fourth 4 detection means 41. With this, the pressure sensor is configured such that the sensitivity of the output signal increases without increasing the length of the transmission means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
