Abstract:
To provide a toilet seat lifting device comprising: a fixing part fixed to a Western style toilet bowl; and a slider part to which a toilet seat is fixed and,which can be lifted up and down to the fixing part, capable of suppressing damage of the slider part when the toilet seat is lifted up and down, and further reducing cost of the slider part relative to prior ones.SOLUTION: A toilet seat lifting device 1 comprises: a fixing part 9 fixed to a Western style toilet bowl body; a slider part 10 to which the toilet seat of the Western style toilet bowl is fixed and which can be lifted up and down to the fixing part 9; and guide shafts 11 which are supported to the fixing part 9 and vertically guide the slider part 10. The slider part 10 comprises: a resin toilet seat fixing part 23a to which the toilet seat is fixed; a resin body part 23c having bearing parts 23b into which the guide shaft 11 is inserted; and a metal reinforcement member 24 for reinforcing a connection part between the toilet seat fixing part 23a and the body part 23c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
