Abstract:
To provide a method capable of manufacturing a laminate excellent in dimensional stability and electric characteristic, and excellent in adhesiveness with an inorganic layer and a fluorine resin layer, and a manufacturing method of a substrate suitably used in manufacturing the laminate.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a laminate 11 having an inorganic layer 20 having resistivity at 25°C of 10Ω cm or more, and a fluorine resin layer 22 arranged on a surface of the inorganic layer 20 and containing following fluorine resin, including: a surface treatment of one or both of a surface of the inorganic layer 20 of a first substrate having the inorganic layer 20, and a surface of the fluorine resin layer 22 of a second substrate having the fluorine resin layer 22, and thermal compression bond of the first substrate and the second substrate with the inorganic layer 20 and the fluorine resin layer 22 in contact at melting point of the fluorine resin or higher. Fluorine resin: a fluorine resin having at least one kind functional group selected from a carbonyl group-containing group, a hydroxy group, an epoxy group, an amide group, an amino group and an isocyanate group, and capable of being melting molded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
