Abstract:
To provide an ozone generator capable of reducing a risk of damage due to vibration.SOLUTION: An ozone generator including: an arc tube in which an emission gas is encapsulated; and an excimer lamp having a first electrode and a second electrode, in which the arc tube includes a cylindrical part having a first end part and a second end part, a first diameter reduction part that is continuously formed from the first end part and has a diameter that becomes gradually smaller as separated from the first end part, and a second diameter reduction part that is continuously formed from the second end part and has a diameter that becomes gradually smaller as separated from the second end part, the first electrode is provided on an outer periphery surface of the first end part, the second electrode is provided on an outer periphery surface of the second end part, the arc tube is fixed via a cylindrical part, the first electrode is not extended on the first diameter reduction part, and/or the second electrode is not extended on the second diameter reduction part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
