Abstract:
To provide a method of extracting a component included in a sample through supercritical fluid extraction, and recovering and/or analyzing it.SOLUTION: A sample is accommodated in a container 125 disposed on the upstream side of a back pressure control valve 140. A fluid mixture of carbon dioxide put into a supercritical state by a booster pump 111 and the back pressure control valve 140 and a modifier is introduced into the container, and a component included in the sample is extracted. The extracted component, together with the carbon dioxide and the modifier, is introduced into a trap column 135, and is collected by the trap column 135. In the trap column 135, polymer beads are filled as a filler material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
