Abstract:
To perform guidance helpful for shopping to a shop user at a lower cost by acquiring positional information on a cart with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A shopping support system 1 includes a camera 4 that generates a video photographed in a shop 2, and a management server 5 communicably connected to the camera 4 and an information display apparatus 11 of a cart 3. The management server 5 includes a cart identification unit 43 that identifies a position of the cart 3 from the video, and a display information control unit 47 that performs processing for causing the information display apparatus 11 of the cart 3 whose position is identified to display shopping support information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
