Abstract:
To easily and accurately examine arrangement of a work in a teaching process in rotary coating.SOLUTION: In an arrangement examination method of a work for rotary coating for spraying paint toward the work while rotating a rotary table by arranging a plurality of works on the rotary table, 3D data of the work is taken in control means by using the control means and display means, and the number of works arranged on the rotary table or a dimension of the rotary table for arranging the work is set, and 3D display data of the work in a state of arranging on the rotary table is prepared by using the set number of the work or the dimension of the rotary table for arranging the work and the taken-in 3D data of the work, and in a method for displaying the prepared 3D display data on the display means, a distance between the displaying works is set to about 1.5 times of the dimension in the longitudinal direction of the work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
