Abstract:
To provide a sticking detection device of an oil pump which can detect the sticking of the oil pump without imparting an incongruity to a driver or the like at a sticking diagnosis.SOLUTION: A target hydraulic pressure setting part 150b sets a value higher than the maximum pressure in a partial discharge state as a diagnosis target hydraulic pressure. A discharge state changeover part 150a performs control for bringing a discharge state of an oil pump 10 into the partial discharge state. A sticking determination part 150d determines whether or not the oil pump 10 is stuck in a full-discharge state on the basis of a relationship between a hydraulic pressure after the control for setting the partial discharge state is performed and the maximum pressure in the partial discharge state. A sticking determination prohibition part 150e prohibits or interrupts the execution of the sticking determination when a first index value (for example, an engine rotation number or an oil temperature) having a correlation with a flow rate and the hydraulic pressure of oil discharged from the oil pump 10, or a second index value (for example, a vehicle speed) having a correlation with a magnitude of a sound other than noise resulting from the oil pump 10 satisfies a prescribed condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
