Abstract:
To solve the problem that a distance between pins and a distance between bushes are different in action of compressive force and action of tensile force.SOLUTION: When a pin hole center distance of an outer plate 12 is defined as P1', a bush hole center distance of an inner plate is defined as P2, a clearance between a pin 13 and a bush 17 is defined as Cl=(D-d), and a reference pitch of a sprocket is defined as P, the followings are established: P1'=P+Cl and P2=P. Consequently, all the pitches become the reference pitch P in action of compressive force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
