To make the supplied flow rate of cooling water stable without using an AC power source.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: pumps 32, 35, an 38 for sending cooling water to a supply target unit; motors 33, 36, and 39 for operating the pumps 32, 35, and 38; a driving source supply unit 41 for supplying a driving source to the motors 33, 36, and 39; a rotation number detection unit 42 for detecting the number of rotations of the motors 33, 36, and 39; and a rotation number control unit 43 for controlling the driving source supply unit 41 to make the number of rotations of the motors 33, 36, an 39 constant on the basis of the number of rotations of the motors 33, 36, and 39 detected by the rotation number detection unit 42 and the characteristics of the preset motors 33, 36, and 39.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
