Abstract:
To provide an NMR probe in which the irradiation of regions other than an observation object with a high-frequency magnetic field is suppressed and a high-frequency loss is also suppressed.SOLUTION: A sample tube 46 is disposed inside of a tube 40 for sample temperature adjustment. A detection coil 56 is disposed inside of a low-temperature airtight chamber 48, and a sample is irradiated with a high-frequency magnetic field. A room temperature shield 70 is disposed on the outer or inner circumferential surface of the tube 40 for sample temperature adjustment, and shields the irradiation of regions other than an observation object 64 with a high-frequency magnetic field from the detection coil. A low-temperature shield 60 is disposed between the detection coil 56 and the room temperature shield 70 inside of the airtight chamber 48, and shields the irradiation of the room temperature shield 70 with a high-frequency magnetic field from the detection coil 56.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
