Abstract:
To efficiently update a radio environment map representing a radio communication state of a moving range of an autonomously movable information processing apparatus.SOLUTION: The apparatus determines a moving path to a target area, among a plurality of areas constituting a moving range of an autonomously movable information processing apparatus which performs wireless communication, that has a relatively high frequency of becoming an area of a destination of the information processing apparatus, and, for areas on the determined moving path, updates a communication state indicated by a radio environment map (information that indicates a communication state in each of a plurality of areas and that is referred to for determining a moving path to a destination area of the information processing apparatus) based on a communication state measured by the information processing apparatus in that area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
