Abstract:
To provide a multiple dwelling house intercom system that makes it easy for even a person coming home who does not directly operate a collective entrance machine to recognize a parcel arrival.SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house intercom system includes: unlocking control means 8 that receives an unlocking signal of a radio key 7 held by a resident for unlocking an entrance door 5 and, when the received unlocking signal agrees with a registered signal, outputs to a control machine 4 an unlocking instruction for the entrance door 5; and a collective entrance machine 1 to which external reporting means 9 for performing predetermined reporting operation is connected. The control machine 4 includes a parcel arrival information storage unit 42 for storing parcel arrival information. From the parcel arrival information storage unit 42, the control machine reads out the existence of a parcel arrival to a dwelling house associated with the unlocking key 7 when unlocking operation is performed using the unlocking key 7. When a parcel arrival exists, the control machine notifies the collective entrance machine 1 of the existence of the parcel arrival and makes the external reporting means 9 perform the reporting operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
