Abstract:
To develop a general method and general applicator such that long activation sections are not required within a stamping process or in subsequent activation during the bonding of magnets for an adhesive.SOLUTION: For a method of manufacturing a laminated core for a rotor and/or stator of a motor or generator, a plurality of discs are punched and an adhesive is applied to at least one side of the disc. The disks are then stacked to form a laminated core. The adhesive used is a light activated adhesive, which is irradiated and activated just before leaving an application unit with light of the required wavelength. The adhesive is applied by an application device including at least one application unit, and has at least one valve for releasing the adhesive. In a region of the valve, at least one radiation source is installed and the irradiation is directed to the adhesive in the region of the valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
