Abstract:
To provide a writing instrument with a core breakage prevention function so as to advance a slider for protecting a core when excessive writing pressure is applied in the axial direction during writing.SOLUTION: A grip portion 17 is provided on a main body 1 so as to be movable in the axial direction, and is urged backward by a spring. A slide shaft 34 is provided so as to interlock with the grip portion, and a front end thereof is opposed to a rear end of a slider 28. The grip portion advances relative to the main body against the spring. As a result, the slide shaft 34 advances and pushes the slider 28 at the front end, and the slider further advances from a tip end of a taper 13 to protect a tip end of a core.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
