Abstract:
To provide a motor unit including an inverter, which has a structure that can be miniaturized.SOLUTION: A motor unit 10 includes: a motor 30 having a rotor 31 that rotates about a motor shaft J1 and a stator 34 opposed to the rotor in a radial direction via a gap; a housing 20 having a motor housing unit 21 for housing the motor; an inverter 65 electrically connected to a stator; and an inverter case 61 housing the inverter, and fixed to the outside of the motor housing unit in the radial direction. The motor housing unit has a cylindrical shape extending in an axial direction. The inverter case has a first portion 61a and a second portion 61b bent with respect to the first portion viewed along the axial direction. The first portion and the second portion are disposed along the outer peripheral surface of the motor housing unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
