Abstract:
To provide a milk feeling promoter, a milk component-containing composition containing the milk feeling promoter, further a manufacturing method of the milk component-containing composition of which milk feeling is enhanced, and a method for enhancing milk feeling of the milk component-containing composition.SOLUTION: One by blending rebaudioside A and mogroside V at a mass ratio of 50:50 to 99:1, is used as a milk feeling promoter to a milk component-containing composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
