Abstract:
To achieve a structure capable of reducing a manufacturing cost of a 360-degree type toothbrush and mass-producing a non-defective item.SOLUTION: A brush part is formed as a spherical body. A brush element 1 about five times larger in bristle amount than a disc-shaped brush element 1 is manufactured so that the brush parts can be provided in all directions, and press-attached to a net-like molded article. Thus, a hemispherical brush is completed. The two hemispherical brushes are continuously provided and bent from a hinge part provided almost in the center, and several places of a frame part are ultrasonically welded and fixed.
