Abstract:
To provide a batch measuring and feeding device that is capable of exponentially enhancing accuracy in batch measurement in comparison with conventional devices.SOLUTION: The batch measuring and feeding device of a raw material such as a particulate matter has: on an upstream side of a discharge port 6 of an annular passage 5, a primary elevating scraper 17 that reduces a transportation amount of raw material being transported while descending; on the upstream side immediately close to the discharge port on a downstream side of the primary elevating scraper, a secondary elevating scraper 19 that further reduces the transportation amount of raw material that has been reduced by the descending of the primary elevating scraper. Also provided are: controlling means 37 that reduces rotational speeds of rotating blades 8, 10 down to a first speed slower than a regular speed while the primary elevating scraper is descending and reduces the rotational speeds of the rotating blades down to a second speed slower than the first speed while the secondary elevating scraper is descending; and; a sliding gate 24 that is capable of opening and closing a raw material falling passage on a chute part provided under the discharge port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
