Abstract:
To provide an autofocus drive actuator which is extremely thin in thickness and large in generation force in order to achieve a small height of a camera module.SOLUTION: In a shape memory alloy thin-film actuator baseboard, a substantially-polygonal plate-shaped baseboard movable part 102 holding a moving object (a lens or an imaging element), and a substantially-polygonal baseboard fixing frame 103 larger than the baseboard movable part are connected to each other by only shape memory alloy thin films, and individual shape memory alloy thin films 101a, 101b, 101c and 101d have linear shapes extending along one side of two polygons in a space between the two polygons. By applying a bias force to the baseboard movable part 102 from the outside, the moving object can be moved in a vertical direction with respect to the baseboard fixing frame 103 (autofocus function), and by independently moving the individual shape memory alloy thin films, an inclination from the vertical direction also becomes possible (camera shake correction function).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
