Abstract:
To provide an automatic faucet device that can individually cope with water discharge and water cutoff operations and continuous discharge operations without impairing appearance even in the automatic faucet device having a detachable head part.SOLUTION: An automatic faucet device 10 comprises a receiving part 40, and a water discharge head part 30 that is detachably attached to the receiving part 40. A non-contact sensor 464 is disposed in the receiving part 40. In addition, electrostatic detection regions 324, 424 that are arranged to contact a part of a human body and are formed of a conductive material are arranged on at least one of the water discharge head part 30 and the receiving part 40, respectively. A control board 80A has an electrostatic detection circuit and a control microcomputer, wherein the electrostatic detection circuit has at least the electrostatic detection region 424 and the electrostatic detection region 324 that are electrically connected, and detects a change in electrostatic capacitance in the electrostatic detection region 424, and the control microcomputer controls a water discharge state by a signal output from the non-contact sensor 464 or the electrostatic detection circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
