Abstract:
To provide a characteristic adjustment device for a valve device that can reduce adjustment time for a circulation characteristic of fluid.SOLUTION: A flow adjustment device 1 for a fuel injection valve 5 comprises a pump 11, a test oil supply pipe 13 through which test oil supplied by the pump 11 flows, a dummy valve device 15 capable of discharging the test oil to the outside of the test oil supply pipe 13, a connection part 17 capable of connecting the fuel injection pump 5 to the test oil supply pipe 13, an adjustment part 19 capable of changing a circulation characteristic of the test oil in the fuel injection valve 5, a flowmeter 21 capable of detecting a flow rate of the test oil flowing through the test oil supply pipe 13, a switching valve 27, and a control unit 30. The switching valve 27 is provided in the test oil supply pipe 13 between the dummy valve device 15 and the fuel injection valve 5, and can switch an inflow destination of the test oil flowing through the test oil supply pipe 13, to the dummy valve device 15 or the fuel injection valve 5. The control unit 30 controls the adjustment part 19 on the basis of a signal outputted by the flowmeter 21, and controls a quantity of the test oil to be discharged from the dummy valve device 15 depending on a state of the switching valve 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
