Abstract:
To provide a compact coil component in which insulation distance is secured, while restraining the cost of manufacture.SOLUTION: A coil component 1a, where a U-shaped copper plate coil 10a is laminated below a winding coil 2 having a reel in the vertical direction, includes a bobbin 4a where a coil buried part 42a burying the copper plate coil is formed below the hollow cylindrical reel, a core 3 where a middle leg 33 is inserted into the hollow part 43 of the reel, and a closed magnetic circuit is formed in a plane including each of up/down/left/right direction when viewing from the cross direction, and a terminal 5 to which the end of a conductor is attached. End of the copper plate coil projects from the rear face of the bobbin, front of the coil buried part is formed to copy the outer peripheral shape of the copper plate coil on the front end side, and flat surfaces having a normal line in the cross direction are formed at both left and right ends. The terminals 5 are buried, respectively, at both left and right ends of the coil buried part on the front end side. In the coil buried part, the terminal is bent and one end projects forward from the flat surface as a tying terminal 51, and the other end 52 projects in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
