Abstract:
To improve the reliability of a gas turbine by properly determining the exchange timing of spray nozzles by accurately determining a degree of the deterioration of the spray nozzles, in the gas turbine and its operation method.SOLUTION: A gas turbine comprises: a compressor 11 for compressing air; a combustor 12 for combusting an air-fuel mixture by mixing compressed air compressed by the compressor 11 and fuel; a turbine 13 which can obtain rotation power by a combustion gas generated by the combustor 12; an air cooler 40 for spraying cooling water to air taken by the compressor 11 from spray nozzles 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50; and a control device 70 for controlling the air cooler 40. A spray reference characteristic being a correlation of a reference between a spray flow rate command value and a spray flow rate value of the air cooler 40 is set at the air cooler 40, and the control device 70 determines a degree of the deterioration of the spray nozzles 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50 by a difference between a prediction value predicted on the basis of the spray reference characteristic and an actual value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
