Abstract:
To appropriately detect abnormality of a tank internal-pressure sensor.SOLUTION: A fuel evaporation processing apparatus includes: a shutoff valve for opening and closing a flow path of a vapor channel; and a tank internal-pressure sensor for detecting tank pressure being pressure inside of a fuel tank. At a part on a canister side than the shutoff valve in the vapor channel, attached a pressure sensor for detecting vapor pressure that is the pressure in the flow path of the vapor channel. Further, the fuel evaporation processing apparatus includes: a pressure detection part for detecting tank pressure and vapor pressure on the basis of a signal input from each sensor; a determination part for determining the presence or absence of the abnormality of the tank internal-pressure sensor on the basis of the tank pressure and the vapor pressure; and a valve control part for controlling opening-closing of the shutoff valve. In a case where a change amount of the tank pressure is less than a first predetermined value when the shutoff valve is switched to an opened state from a closed state, the determination part determines the presence or absence of the abnormality of the tank internal-pressure sensor on the basis of a change in the vapor pressure when the shutoff valve is switched to the opened state from the closed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
