Abstract:
To provide a heating vacuum dryer capable of carrying out vacuum-drying a drying object using a decompressing means of a low power output in a short time equivalent to a case of using a decompressing means of a high power output.SOLUTION: Since bean card refuse 12 is dried by silica gel 14 under vacuum by decompressing a drying container 13 and a desiccant container 15 using a vacuum pump 21, bean card refuse can be dried by silica gel 14 in a short time at a low temperature as if it is dried by natural drying. Since heating vacuum drying of bean card refuse 12 is carried out by heating the drying container 13 and the desiccant container 15 by a burner B, the temperature of moisture in the bean card refuse 12 rises and the bean card refuse 12 can be dried under vacuum by using a relatively cheap vacuum pump 21 of a low vacuum degree in a short time equivalent to a case of using a vacuum pump of a high power output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
