Abstract:
To provide an optical device and the like that can easily provide an electrode terminal on a base material in which a concavo-convex layer is provided.SOLUTION: An optical device comprises: a first substrate 10 that has a first base material 11 and a first electrode 12; a second substrate 20 that has a second base material 21 and a second electrode 22; a concavo-convex layer 13 that is arranged at a second electrode 22 side of the first electrode 12; a light control fluid layer 30 arranged between the concavo-convex layer 13 and the second electrode 22; a sealing structure 40 that seals the light control fluid layer 30; and an electrode terminal 50 that is arranged on an outside region of the sealing structure 40 in the first substrate 10 and that is connected to the first electrode 12. The first electrode 12 and the concavo-convex layer 13 are continuously formed on each of an inside region and an outside region of the sealing structure 40, the concavo-convex layer 13 has a non-continuous part 13b, in which at least a portion of the concavo-convex layer 13 is non-continuously formed, in the outside region of the sealing structure 40, and the electrode terminal 50 has a contact part 51 that is brought into contact with the first electrode 12 in the non-continuous part 13b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
