Abstract:
To provide a casting mold in which segregation of an alloy component can be suppressed and a cast material excellent in plastic workability can be obtained.SOLUTION: Provided is a casting mold in which a molten metal of a copper alloy is solidified and a cast material is continuously cast. The casting mold includes a cylindrical mold body having an injection port into which the molten metal is injected, and a cap part in the injection port which forms a flow passage having a cross-sectional area smaller than an inner cross-sectional area of the mold body. In the casting mold, the cross-sectional area of the flow passage of the cap part is 4% or more and 65% or less with respect to the inner cross-sectional area of the mold body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
