Abstract:
To provide a device for switching a plurality of ports and adjusting a flow rate, which has a simple structure and is easy to control.SOLUTION: A device for switching a plurality of ports and adjusting a flow rate comprises: a housing 40; a plurality of flow passages 21f to 21i provided in the housing 40; a plurality of valves V1 to V4 for opening and closing the respective flow passages 21f to 21i; and an interlocking mechanism 30A for opening and closing the respective flow passages 21f to 21i by interlocking valves V1 to V4. The interlocking mechanism 30A is composed of a plurality of cams 31A to 31D and a shaft 31s. The valves V1 to V4 are needle valves, and the flow passages 21f to 21i are opened and closed by a reciprocating operation in the axial direction of the needle valves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
