Abstract:
To provide a ceramic member unit capable of smoothly inserting an insertion body into the insertion port of a ceramic member and improving insertability, and a sensor including the same.SOLUTION: A ceramic member unit includes at least insertion bodies 11-14 and a ceramic member 50 having an insert part 50i for inserting the insertion bodies. The insert part includes at least an insertion port 50b provided in the back from the introduction opening while communicating with an introduction opening 50s on the surface of the ceramic member and forming an opening, can insert the insertion bodies into the insertion port and includes tapered hole parts 50t1 and 50t2 narrowing toward the insertion port in a communication portion between the introduction opening and the insertion port, and the tapered hole parts are connected to the insertion port while increasing a taper angle toward the insertion port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
