Abstract:
To provide a resonator element, a vibrator, and an oscillator that can prevent external vibration and improve phase noise characteristics.SOLUTION: A resonator element in which a resonator portion and a support portion are integrally formed includes an outer peripheral portion 20 forming an outer peripheral portion of the support portion, a central portion 30 provided on the inside, gap portions 51 and 52 separating the outer peripheral portion 20 and the central portion 30 along the long side of the main body, and a coupling portion 40 connecting the outer peripheral portion 20 and the central portion 30 with short sides thereof, and the outer peripheral portion 20 includes connecting portions 21a and 21b provided on the long side of the main body and in contact with a package substrate, and arm portions 22 formed at the four corners, and excitation electrodes 10a and 10b are provided on both upper and lower surfaces of the central portion 30, and a portion where the excitation electrodes 10a and 10b are provided is a resonator element that serves as a resonator portion 310.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
