Abstract:
To position a first magnetic pole and a second magnetic pole while keeping non-contact state, with simple configuration.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine 1 comprises a stator 3, a rotor 2, and a field coil 7, where the rotor includes a first magnetic pole 21 having a first annulus ring 21a and multiple claw parts 21b, and a second magnetic pole 22 having a second annulus ring 22a and multiple protrusions 22b. In the rotor, the claw parts and protrusions are located alternately in the hoop direction, and by providing a radial gap 16, a hoop direction gap 17 and an axial direction gap 18 between the first and second magnetic poles, the first and second magnetic poles are held in non-contact state, the rotor further includes gap disposition members 30;130 of non-magnetic material disposed in the radial gap or the hoop direction gap, and the gap disposition member has axial direction positioning parts 32,34;132 locked to at least one of the first and second magnetic poles in the axial direction, and positioning the first and second magnetic poles in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
