Abstract:
To provide an inspection method for determining acceptance or rejection of unvulcanized rubber before the tire is provided for manufacturing a tire after kneading.SOLUTION: The inspection method comprises: a first step of preparing unvulcanized reference rubber containing at least silica and a silane coupling agent; a second step of selecting at least one point of distortion value about the reference rubber, and determining a common logarithm of a viscoelastic characteristic value in each distortion value as a standard value; a third step of preparing the unvulcanized rubber for testing containing at least the silica and the silane coupling agent; a fourth step of calculating the viscoelastic characteristic value in the distortion value selected in the second step about the unvulcanized rubber for testing; and a fifth step of comparing the common logarithm of the viscoelastic measurement value of the unvulcanized rubber for testing with the standard value for each distortion value, and determining the acceptance or rejection of the unvulcanized rubber for testing. In the tire manufacturing method, the unvulcanized rubber whose acceptance is determined by the inspection method is used for manufacturing tires.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
