Abstract:
To arrange a float having sufficient buoyancy and inhibit enlargement of a tank cap in a tank cap structure including the float and a ratchet mechanism.SOLUTION: A tank cap structure 41 of an embodiment includes a cap body 42, a holding part 45, a valve gear 47, and a ratchet mechanism 55. The valve gear 47 includes: a valve case 48 which forms a cylindrical shape centering on a threaded axis C1 and houses a float 49; and a valve body 49a which forms a taper shape thinner than the valve case 48 and extends toward an opening 47a. The cap body 42 includes a cylindrical receiver part 44a which forms a cylindrical shape centering on the threaded axis C1. A seal receiving part 78 which receives a seal member 70 held between the cap body 42 and an oil filler port cylindrical body is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical receiver part 44a. A valve receiving part 77 which receives the valve gear 47 inserted into an inner periphery of the cylindrical receiver part 44a is provided on an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical receiver part 44a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
