Abstract:
To provide a device, for replacing residual combustible gas in a waste bulk tank before dismantling the same, which is configured to issue a warning on the occurrence of abnormal operation while replacing the combustible gas.SOLUTION: Water in a water tank 1 is transferred to a waste bulk tank 4 through a pump 2 and piping 3. An oil-water separation treatment with respect to residual gas and water in the waste bulk tank 4 is performed by allowing the residual gas and water to flow into an oil-water separation tank 14 through a water separation tank 6. An odor reduction agent is added to the oil-water separation tank 14. The water after the oil-water separation treatment is sent back to the water tank 1. A gas component separated from the water in the water separation tank 6 and a waste drain tank 18 undergoes a combustion treatment. A control panel 22 is configured to issue a warning on the basis of a signal from a sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
