Abstract:
To provide a pair of tweezers 1 which is small/compact, inexpensive, easily used, and safe.SOLUTION: A pair of tweezers has a fixing part 19 for putting tip parts and grip parts of the pair of tweezers 1 into a lock state from a release state, and releasing a lock to return to a release state. The fixing part 19 has a lifting/lowering ratchet 23 installed in one grip part 3a, and having projecting teeth 23b projecting from the inner face and stored, and a hook-shaped hook 33 installed in an inner face 11b of the other grip part 3b, and engaged with the projecting tooth 23b. The pair of tweezers 1 is changed from a release state to a lock state by engagement of the projecting tooth 23b with the hook-shaped hook 33 in a state of projecting from an inner face 11a of the one grip part 3a, and the pair of tweezers 1 returns to the release state by disengagement of the projecting tooth 23b with the hook-shaped hook 33 and thus by releasing of the lock, due to storage of the projecting tooth from the inner face 11a of the one grip part 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
