Abstract:
To provide a precompression sensor which can measure the precompression of a bearing by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A precompression sensor 11 includes: a film-like resistor 16 having a first main surface SF and a second main surface SB; and a first electrode 15F and a second electrode 15B connected to the resistor 16. The resistor 16 is formed so that a direct resistance between the first electrode 15F and the second electrode 15B changes according to the pressure which acts between the first main surface SF and the second main surface SB. The first main surface SF is arranged to an end surface of a bearing 5. The second main surface SB is arranged to an end surface 7 of the member which applies a precompression to the bearing 5, the member facing the end surface of the bearing 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
