Abstract:
To provide a technology that can specify an e-mail which is likely to cause a threat.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: an extraction unit which extracts, when a mail receiving unit receives an e-mail from an external mail server, information on a body of the e-mail, an attached file, and URL; and a storage unit which stores the information in a mail information table. The information processing apparatus calculates similarity between the received e-mal and the e-mail already stored in the mail information table, and determines the received e-mail as a junk mail when the similarity is equal to or larger than a threshold of similarity set in a determination information setting file and when the number of differences between sender addresses is equal to or larger than a threshold of similar mail count set in the determination information setting file.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
