Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a stretchable capacitor electrode-conductor structure.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes: a step S1 of providing an elastic substrate, and pre-stretching the elastic substrate along a first direction and a second direction intersecting with the first direction thereby to obtain a stretched elastic substrate; a step S2 of laying a carbon nanotube active material composite layer on a surface of the stretched elastic substrate; a step S3 of removing the pre-stretching of the elastic substrate to restore the stretched elastic substrate to the original form, and forming wrinkles on a surface of the carbon nanotube active material composite layer; and a step S4 of processing the carbon nanotube active material composite layer to form a capacitor electrode and a conductor structure which are formed in an integrated structure, and further forming a stretchable capacitor electrode-conductor structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
