To efficiently transfer up-link control information.SOLUTION: At least one part transmission of up-link control information is dropped on the basis of sufficient of at least one part of a first condition to a fifth condition, the first condition is that the number of a SC-FDMA symbol contained in a sPUSCH is a prescribed number, the second condition is that the number of a first SC-FDMA symbol is a prescribed value or less, the third condition is that the first value in regard to a coding deformation symbol number for the up-link control information is the prescribed value or less, the fourth condition is that a resource block number assigned on the basis of an up-link ground is the prescribed value or less, and the fifth condition is that a bit contained in the up-link ground is triggered so as to drop at least one part transmission of the up-link control information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
