Abstract:
To provide an exhaust gas treatment method and a system for the same where a reaction auxiliary agent produced from primary incineration ash and hydrated lime can be surely supplied to a bag filter with an exhaust gas stream and then the reaction auxiliary agent and hydrated lime are not required for additional preparation and use and the used amount of them can be substantially reduced even when the reaction auxiliary agent and hydrated lime are required for additional preparation and use.SOLUTION: In an exhaust gas treatment method,: primary incineration ash (main ash) generated when a material to be burned containing a calcium component and an inorganic substance without reactivity is incinerated in an incinerator 2 is classified by a classifier 11; large lumps unusable for crushing are removed; the main ash removed with the large lumps is magnetically sorted by a magnetic sorter 12; metals including irons unusable for crushing are removed; and the main ash removed with the metals is crushed by a crusher 13 and blown in the upstream side of a bag filter 5 using an incineration ash blow device 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
