Abstract:
To provide a component conveyance device having a simple structure, that self weight-conveys a component in a rectangular frame shape in a plan view.SOLUTION: A component conveyance device 10 comprises a roller conveyor part 12 arranged at a gradient deadweight-moved by a cushion frame 1, a fixed stopper part 13 arranged at a front end part of the roller conveyor part 12, and a rod-like member 21 rotatably extending in a forward/rearward direction in a seesaw shape centering on a rotation shaft 21a arranged corresponding to each one excluding the rearmost of the cushion frames 1 placed on the roller conveyor part 12 side by side. A cam part 21c of the rod-like member 21, that is downwardly pushed via slide contact of a front end part of the cushion frame 1 is provided at the front end part, and a movable stopper part 21d by which movement is stopped via contact of the front end part of the subsequent cushion frame 1 is provided at a rear end part. The rod-like member 21 is arranged so that the cam part 21c can come into sliding contact with the front end part of the cushion frame 1, but the movable stopper part 21d cannot come into sliding contact therewith, when the cushion frame 1 is not placed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
