Abstract:
To provide a coolant circulation system for an on-vehicle internal combustion engine enabling both of suppression of boiling of coolant and promotion of effective warming-up.SOLUTION: This coolant circulation system includes: a circulation circuit R10 including water jackets 36, 45; an electric pump 60; an outlet liquid temperature sensor 54; and a control device 100. The control device 100 operates the electric pump 60 and executes variation determination control for determining whether a degree of variation of a temperature of a coolant in a diesel engine 10 is a predetermined degree or less on the basis of an outlet liquid temperature detected by the outlet liquid temperature sensor 54. On the condition that a determination that the degree of the variation is the predetermined degree or less is made through the variation determination control, the control device 100 executes circulation stop control. The control device 100 changes the length of a period when the circulation stop control is continued in accordance with the outlet liquid temperature detected when the circulation stop control is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
