Abstract:
To provide a sticking detection device of an oil pump capable of suppressing undershoot that an oil pressure is lowered to be less than a necessary oil pressure, immediately after termination of sticking determination.SOLUTION: In executing sticking determination, a target oil pressure setting portion 150b sets a value higher than a maximum pressure of a partial discharge state, as a target oil pressure for diagnosis to determine whether an oil pump 10 sticks in a full discharge state or a partial discharge state or not, in place of a normal target oil pressure. A discharge state switching portion 150a executes control to switch the discharge state of the oil pump 10 to the partial discharge state. A sticking determination portion 150d determines whether the oil pump 10 sticks in the full discharge state or not on the basis of a relationship between an oil pressure after executing the control to switch the discharge state to the partial discharge state, and a maximum pressure in the partial discharge state. A target oil pressure setting portion 150b sets a target oil pressure in termination of determination, higher than the normal target oil pressure, when the sticking determination is terminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
