Abstract:
To provide a refrigerator which enables quick cooling of foods or a pot after cooking in a cold temperature zone, and subsequent storage in a cold temperature.SOLUTION: A refrigerator is provided in a cold room 14 with a cold storage unit 60 mounted with a cold storage material 65 frozen in the cold room, and has a quick cooling function applying an effect of the cold storage material 65 to an object 70, such as a pan or kettle with a high temperature. Providing dedicated cooling means for expediting a solidification speed of the cold storage material 65 shortens a solidification time, greatly improving the usability of the quick cooling function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
