Abstract:
To provide an electric roaster capable of extending the length of a cooking plate within a limited overall device length.SOLUTION: An electric roaster is provided, comprising: a frame having a pair of long side walls including a first long side wall and a second long side wall, having a pair of short side walls including a first short side wall and a second short side wall formed shorter than the pair of long side walls, having a cooking space surrounded by the pair of long side walls and the pair of short side walls, the frame further including a corner portion, at a position separated by a predetermined distance from a center axis parallel to the pair of long side walls, having a side in a direction different from the direction of the center axis; a power supply unit including a heater power supply terminal detachably provided in a direction different from the direction of the center axis at the corner portion; a cooking plate provided in the cooking space; and a heater having a heater power supply connection terminal detachably connected to the heater power supply terminal and heating the cooking plate receiving power supply through the heater power supply terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
