Abstract:
To provide an electrodeposition-coating technique capable of performing a baking process at relatively low temperature.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a burned product comprising a zinc compound and a bismuth compound, wherein: a relation of weight percent Wz of zinc oxide and a weight percent Wb of bismuth oxide and/or bismuth hydroxide is Wz≥Wb; and the burned product is used as an anti-rust agent and/or a hardening catalyst. A fatty acid bismuth, especially bismuth trioctylate or a mixture of the bismuth trioctylate and ethylene diamine, is added to the burned product, thereby lowering a baking or hardening temperature to about 130°C effectively.SELECTED DRAWING: None
